Entry fees
Early bird: $125 per entry plus HST. Regular: $135 per entry plus HST. These fees also apply to the B2B Leadership Award. Best Branded Content Collaboration — B2B follows the regular entry deadlines.
Payment
We prefer Interac e-transfer or Zeffy to help the Foundation avoid payment processing fees. Include your invoice number with every payment so we can match it to your entries. Payment for regular entries must be received by January 29, 2027.
- Interac e-transfer: send payment to staff@magazine-awards.com.
- Zeffy: our payment partner covers credit card processing fees, allowing the Foundation to receive your full payment. Any contribution to Zeffy at checkout is optional. The payment link will be added here before the Call for Entries opens.
- PayPal: also available for online payments.
Regular entries must be paid by January 29, 2027 to be sent for judging. Leadership Award nominations remain open until March 1, 2027; after January 13, email nominations to staff@magazine-awards.com.
Entry materials
Hard copies are optional, but recommended for Best Magazine. All required materials can be uploaded to the submission portal. See the category requirements before preparing your entry.
